Very bad surgery for appointments.have to wait ages to get through on the phone.

I am working full time and I am finding the new appointment system extremely unhelpful. Finding the time to call the surgery during the working day is not easy, you have to wait a considerable time to get through and then are informed that the doctor that you need to speak to if fully booked for telephone call backs, this has happened for a second day for a second day. I have been advised to try again. The system disadvantages working patients. Being able to book on line was a much better system in my opinion. I have been trying to book an appointment for one week now.It's unbelievable.Worst surgery ever therefore i will change GP surgery as a result of this poor service You should be closed down

Tried to phone general enquiries. Was on the phone for a very, very long time. No contact was made.

Excellent service. Doctors are so caring. Receptionist are very good. Never experienced any problems.
